Job Summary (Business Analyst - Agile/SDLC, Trenton, NJ)
- Senior Business Analyst position requiring 12 years of experience, with a focus on project development or business process analysis
- Responsible for developing and documenting business requirements and technical requirements
- Create user interface (UI) mockups, wireframes, storyboards, and system flows
- Assist technical teams and participate in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Conduct and document user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide end-user training and support
- Prepare instruction manuals and deliver system training to users
- Analyze and document complex business processes and workflows; identify and propose process improvements
- Gather, interpret, and analyze data through interviews, observations, surveys, and documentation review
- Communicate effectively with senior-level leadership and stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong communication (verbal and written) skills
- May perform limited project management functions as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Visio and visual/system architecture tools
- Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies (minimum 6 years)
- Local NJ candidates only; onsite interview required
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent required
Salary : $50 - $65
