Job Summary (Oracle XStore Tester – Pleasanton, CA)
- Responsible for functional and regression testing of Oracle XStore Point of Sale application in pharmacy settings.
- Participate in Integrated and Core Maintenance Release cycles (multiple releases per year).
- Attend and contribute to sprint planning and business demo meetings as part of Agile teams.
- Review and oversee test planning activities conducted by offshore teams.
- Execute test cases, including those requiring coordination with multiple devices and dependencies.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with offshore team members to ensure smooth testing processes.
- Drive end-to-end testing deliverables, ensuring high-quality output.
- Utilize test automation tools such as XUNIT, UiPath BOTS, UFT, and ReadyAPI for test execution.
- Conduct database testing using SQL and Oracle DB.
- Use QA tools (e.g., JIRA, QTest) for defect tracking and test management.
- (Nice to have) Apply device testing knowledge and leverage exposure to AI and Python for enhanced testing capabilities.
