Java Back-End Engineer AI Technologies
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Build and integrate Agentic AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop AI agents with capabilities for reasoning, planning, decision-making, tool calling, and multi-step task execution.
- Create RESTful APIs and support event-driven architectures for AI and business solutions.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions utilizing vector databases and enterprise data sources.
- Manage AI agent orchestration, context/memory management, and workflow automation.
- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Spring AI, or similar for AI agent development.
- Develop and execute strategies for automated testing, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered backend solutions.
- Ensure secure integration of AI models and agentic systems into production environments.
- Apply expertise in distributed systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Leverage financial industry experience to meet business-specific requirements.
- Participate in onsite interviews and work onsite 3 days a week in Ofallon, MO.
