Job Summary – Oracle Integration Cloud Consultant
- Role: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant/Architect (PaaS Engineer/Implementation Specialist)
- Primary Skills: OIC, VBCS, ATP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Architect-level expertise
- Client Focus: Enterprise clients, Day 2 operations, Paas4SaaS implementations
- Lead and manage complex Day 2 operations for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced integrations using OIC and related Oracle technologies
- Guide and mentor teams, set integration standards, and ensure best practices
- Oversee deployment, monitoring, support, and regression testing of Paas4SaaS cloud solutions
- Deliver technical expertise to accelerate adoption in high-potential customer accounts
- Engage with clients to ensure operational success and client satisfaction
- Assist in tool development, automation, visualization, and integration engineering efforts
- Support Customer Success Services (CSS) for business process improvements and critical deployments
- 8 years in development, support, or integration roles
- 7 years in OIC/API-based integration projects (full lifecycle)
- Expertise in integrating SaaS and on-premises applications
- Strong background in web services, XML, SOA, and RESTful APIs
- Proven solution architecture experience for enterprise clients
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Experience with DevOps tools, automation, and end-to-end delivery
- Hands-on with Oracle VBCS, PCS, MFT CS, BPEL, OSB, B2B, and BI reports
- Knowledge of PL/SQL, database concepts, and Oracle SaaS
- WebLogic Server Administration experience
- Experience in Day 2 operations, continuous improvement, and issue resolution
- Track record of mentoring and evolving technical standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Team player with creative and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter, proactive, and up-to-date with technology trends
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for 1-2 weeks as required
