Job Summary (MES Tier 1 Support Technician)
- Sustain and update legacy MES batch records to meet business and quality requirements.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Rockwell PharmaSuite MES and GxP compliance.
- Provide advanced technical guidance and support for MES issues and team members.
- Manage, triage, and resolve MES support tickets (including ServiceNow requests).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in key team decisions.
- Ensure MES application functionality through innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain GxP compliance.
- Author and update MES batch records, following GxP and SDLC protocols.
- Develop and maintain MES Knowledge Base articles.
- Assist shop floor operators when issues are escalated beyond Tier 1 support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Coordinate with business units to define, schedule, and implement MES updates.
- Support seamless integration with other business systems and teams.
