Job Summary (Lead Java Developer)
- Provide technical leadership with responsibility for both system-level architecture and service/API design.
- Balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.
- Design and develop API solutions using AWS, Spring Boot, and Java in cloud-native environments.
- Architect scalable and distributed systems utilizing microservices patterns.
- Design and implement NoSQL database solutions, specifically with DocumentDB.
- Lead and mentor development teams, including conducting code reviews and coaching team members.
- Drive resolution of complex technical issues and guide teams through technical challenges.
- Must have prior experience in a technical lead role.
- Onsite presence required 3 days per week in Newark, NJ (local candidates only).
