- Retail industry experience is required.
- Must have 10 years of experience in Java Backend development (Java, SQL).
- A minimum of 2 years of technical leadership experience is required.
- Requires 5-7 years of experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Must have demonstrated experience with API management platforms (such as Azure API Management, Apigee), and asynchronous messaging systems.
- Java programmer certification is preferred.
- Experience with backend platform tools such as Webmethods or Talend is an added advantage.
- Must have knowledge of different platforms (Linux, UNIX, Windows).
- Proficiency in API design-first tools (Swagger, Postman, Stoplight) and API management systems is required.
- Should be familiar with container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-based environments (Azure preferred).
- Experience in building and maintaining event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar tools is required.
- Must have knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools, focusing on API deployment pipelines.
