Job Summary For IT Support Specialist – L1 And L2
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on Windows devices and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Manage and resolve support tickets using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow) with timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and iPads.
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches for operating systems and applications.
- Educate end-users on best practices and provide technical guidance to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory and proper asset tracking of IT equipment.
- Stay updated on technology trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Apply knowledge of basic networking concepts and mobile device management platforms (such as Intune).
