- Responsible for IT procurement activities, focusing exclusively on IT-related goods and services.
- Reports to the Indirect Procurement Sr. Manager.
- 6 month contract, based in Montvale, NJ (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
- Local candidates only.
- Plan, organize, and direct IT procurement activities in alignment with corporate policies and procedures.
- Lead sourcing projects with internal/external stakeholders and vendors to deliver results, reduce risk, and drive efficiencies.
- Negotiate supply agreements to achieve lowest total system cost and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Oversee contractual commitments, supplier assessments, and ensure purchases meet quality and delivery requirements.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Monitor market trends and recommend alternative sourcing solutions as needed.
- Conduct data analysis and provide timely cost information for sourcing projects.
- Maintain sourcing databases and procurement metrics for reporting.
- Work closely with the Contract Manager on contract execution and agreements.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Minimum of 10 years in Indirect Procurement, with a strong IT focus.
- Previous experience managing direct reports.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing and/or business management preferred.
- Professional certifications such as C.P.M. and/or CPSM.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, ARIBA, Ironclad preferred).
Salary : $60 - $65
