Job Summary: Enablon Support Specialist

- Serve as a domain expert in Environmental Sustainability and Management, specializing in Enablon software.
- Provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) incident support for Enablon users, including user incident management and access request handling.
- Monitor error messages, validate active clients periodically, and ensure deployment stability.
- Conduct and participate in weekly and monthly meetings with stakeholders.
- Prepare and report monthly KPIs focusing on data completeness and system health.
- Configure, modify, and customize Enablon modules (e.g., Risk Management, Metrics, Health and Safety/Incident Management, Audit, Shared Functions).
- Maintain and support all relevant Enablon modules, ensuring operational continuity.
- Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot issues related to the Enablon platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert (SME) for technical questions and issue resolution.
- Interpret business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements/specifications.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including support instructions for recurring issues.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Optionally, support or implement other EHS software products and apply EHSQ concepts/standards as relevant to capital projects.
- Must be Enablon certified (Builder, Shared Function, IMS, Audit modules) with a minimum of 2 years Enablon support/implementation experience and 5 years in the EHS domain.
Salary : $80 - $85
