### Job Summary
- Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams to facilitate technology initiatives.
- Manage intake, analysis, and prioritization of technology proposals via ServiceNow.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, including scope, risks, assumptions, and constraints.
- Conduct business process analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare business cases, ROI/TCO calculations, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments.
- Facilitate and lead meetings and workshops with stakeholders and executives.
- Document business and system processes using Visio and other documentation tools.
- Maintain proposal information and governance workflows in ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for funding and proposal approval.
- Support cybersecurity risk assessment activities as part of the proposal process.
- Collaborate with business, IT, security, and leadership teams throughout proposal lifecycle.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams for analysis and communication.
- Exposure to Power BI and experience with demand/portfolio management tools is a plus.
