Job Summary (Senior Business Analyst – Insurance Operations)
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology groups to gather, document, and refine requirements.
- Analyze and map end-to-end data workflows, identifying process gaps and opportunities for operational optimization.
- Support and contribute to data implementation initiatives, including data migration, integration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and drive consensus on project goals.
- Design and implement process improvements for insurance operations, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, and validation for data-related changes.
- Provide ongoing support, documentation, and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and fast-paced environments.
- Leverage strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to support business and technical teams.
- Collaborate using Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Apply deep insurance operations expertise, especially in policy lifecycle, underwriting, claims, and billing processes.
