Job Summary AI Enablement Business Process Analyst
- Deliver AI-enabled productivity and workflow solutions using tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio (Lite), Power Platform, and Google Gemini.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to intake, shape, and refine AI use cases and prompts.
- Manage AI enablement backlog, prioritize work, and define clear acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, collaborating with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Document requirements, business rules, risks, dependencies, and change impacts.
- Map current business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Design, test, and refine AI prompts and prompt templates; develop and execute prompt evaluation rubrics and test suites.
- Create and maintain reusable prompt libraries and patterns for consistent AI outcomes.
- Develop user enablement materials (playbooks, training, FAQs) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure responsible AI use by following governance, risk, and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams on automation flows and integration points.
- Promote a culture of safe experimentation and adoption of AI tools across business operations.
- Requires 5 years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar, with proven success delivering business-facing technology solutions and hands-on use of Generative AI tools.
Salary : $48 - $50
