Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities:
- Lease file auditing
- Lease enforcement and audits
- Lease Renewals
- Leasing when necessary
- Resident complaint handling
- Monthly reporting
- Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
Assistant Property Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years property management experience at a 300 unit apartment community required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Consistent positive energy and strong work ethic
- Critical thinking ability
- Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
