Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Kansas City, MO. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, and coordination of maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities include conducting regular property inspections, managing vendor relationships, monitoring budgets and expenses, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. The role also involves preparing reports for ownership, supporting leasing activities, assisting with capital projects, and addressing tenant inquiries and service requests promptly. The Property Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain high occupancy, maximize property performance, and deliver consistent, professional service to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Property management skills, including lease administration, tenant relations, and day-to-day building operations.
- Financial and analytical skills, such as budgeting, expense tracking, and basic reporting on property performance.
