We’re looking for an Elementary Teacher who is passionate about working with small groups and individual learners with unique abilities, collaborating closely with special educators and behavioral support staff, and creating a safe, engaging, trauma‑informed classroom.
In this role, you will:
- Design and deliver engaging, standards‑aligned lessons tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and behavior interventionists to support student growth
- Implement positive behavior supports and therapeutic, relationship‑based approaches
- Track and communicate student progress through data, assessments, and team collaboration
- Participate in school programs, professional development, and family‑centered care planning
