Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, wax, polish, and detail customer vehicles, used vehicles, and new inventory to dealership standards.
- Perform interior and exterior detailing, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning upholstery, windows, wheels, and trim.
- Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet Laramie Auto Center's quality standards before delivery.
- Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery and maintain the appearance of showroom and lot vehicles.
- Identify and report any vehicle damage or mechanical concerns to management promptly.
- Safely operate detailing equipment, pressure washers, buffers, vacuums, and other shop tools.
- Keep the detailing area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Previous detailing experience is preferred but not required-we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
