What You’ll Do
As an Operations Crew Member, you’ll help create a clean, safe, and positive experience for every customer. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a friendly attitude and providing top-notch service
- Assisting customers and leading membership sign-ups
- Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the car wash bays, vacuums, and grounds
- Performing light maintenance and repairs on car wash equipment (training provided)
- Ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is operating properly
- Following company procedures and promoting a positive team environment
