Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Handle multi-line phone systems, responding to calls promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services.
- Assist guests with special requests and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality and guest relations.
Skills
- Experience with night audit procedures is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes.
