Responsibilities

- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs with a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details through hotel management systems.
- Support night audit operations by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy overnight.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience and encourage repeat visits.
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting.
