No roofing or sales experience is required. We provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Speak with homeowners in local neighborhoods
- Introduce our roof rejuvenation, repair, and replacement services
- Generate interest and schedule free roof inspections
- Collect homeowner information and submit appointments
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure appointments are qualified
- Represent Lapota Contracting professionally in the field
Compensation
- Uncapped earnings structure
- Earn commission on appointments that result in a completed sale
- Average earnings of $500–$1,000 per closed deal
