🕒 Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (Monday – Thursday, 8-Hour Shifts)
1st Shift: 3:30 AM – 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Position Overview
As a Plating Inspection & Packing Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and proper packaging of high-visibility chrome-plated automotive components. You will be trained to perform detailed inspections and safely handle finished products according to strict automotive quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Inspection: Examine chrome-plated and plastic automotive components for surface defects and quality compliance.
Loading & Unloading: Rack and unrack plastic or plated parts onto and off plating racks.
Packing: Accurately package finished parts for shipment.
Material Handling: Move components to support workflow and production efficiency.
Lifting: Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 60 lbs.
Perform light trimming or clipping tasks as needed based on production requirements.
Position Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Physically able to stand, move, and lift up to 60 lbs. for extended periods
Reliable transportation and strong attendance (especially during 60-day probationary period)
Willingness to follow all safety rules and procedures
Basic math skills for packing and inventory tasks
