As an Entry-Level HVAC Comfort Consultant, you'll hit the ground running with daily duties such as:
- Representing Lanz Heating & Cooling with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude
- Running scheduled sales leads and accurately assessing customers' HVAC needs
- Designing HVAC system solutions tailored to individual customer situations
- Clearly communicating system options, benefits, and pricing
- Delivering a top-tier customer experience from initial consultation through installation
- Collecting and documenting accurate, detailed information during each appointment
- Coordinating effectively with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- High school diploma
- Solid computer and math skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- A drive to succeed and grow in a professional sales environment
Having sales experience, HVAC knowledge, or mechanical system understanding would be a plus!
When Will You Work?
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional on-call hours
- Dispatch from home-your day starts right where you are
