Family-owned since 2002, we are now a leading heating and air conditioning contractor with a fleet of about 75 trucks that provides HVAC, plumbing, underground solution, pipelining, duct cleaning, & dryer vent cleaning services for both residential and commercial customers. WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL DISPATCHER?
As an Entry-Level Dispatcher, your day starts with a friendly voice and a ringing phone. You're the first point of contact, answering calls with a smile and helping customers feel heard and cared for. Between calls, you're scheduling appointments, ensuring the right team member gets to the right place at the right time. It's a mix of multitasking and customer service magic-juggling details, solving minor problems, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the dispatching scenes. By the end of the day, you've made a significant impact just by staying organized, communicating clearly, and keeping things moving while handling our scheduling!
This full-time dispatching and scheduling role works a consistent schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
