Front of House Manager

We are a coffee lounge and seasonal dining concept focused on refined, intentional service. We are building something that feels elevated without being pretentious; clean, thoughtful, and detail driven from the moment a guest walks in.

This is not a typical restaurant job. We care about how things feel, not just how they function.

We are looking for a talented Front of House Supervisor / Dining Room Lead to help run service and grow into a leadership role as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• Lead nightly service and control the flow of the dining room
• Set the tone for guest experience from greeting to final touch
• Support, coach, and hold servers accountable to standards
• Assist with training new hires in Lantern’s service style
• Handle guest issues calmly, professionally, and without ego
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen to keep service smooth
• Maintain a clean, organized, and intentional dining room at all times

What This Role Is (and Isn’t)

This is a hands-on leadership role.

You will be on the floor, in service, leading by example.

You will not be left alone to figure everything out; but you will be expected to step up and take ownership as you grow.

Compensation

• $45,000 salary
• Performance based bonus opportunities
• Growth path into a higher level management position as the company expands
