About Us

We’re a premium donut shop built around doing things differently. We use locally sourced, thoughtfully selected ingredients and avoid seed oils, artificial shortcuts, and unnecessary compromises.

Now, we’re bringing that same philosophy to coffee.

Our new specialty coffee program will focus on single-origin, specialty-grade coffees roasted in small batches in-house. We seek out high-scoring coffees selected for their exceptional flavor, sweetness, clarity, and distinctive character—not simply a generic idea of “high quality.”

Alongside carefully prepared espresso drinks, we’ll offer pour-overs that highlight the individual qualities of each coffee, house-made syrups crafted from real ingredients, and thoughtfully developed seasonal drinks. Every cup will receive the same care and attention to detail that goes into our donuts.

We’re looking for an experienced barista who is passionate about craft coffee, genuine hospitality, and helping build an exceptional coffee experience from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare espresso, pour-overs, and specialty drinks with consistency and care
• Dial in espresso and make adjustments throughout the day
• Follow and refine pour-over recipes to bring out the best in each coffee
• Properly steam and texture milk for a variety of beverages
• Learn about our rotating single-origin coffees and confidently share their unique characteristics with customers
• Help maintain high standards for drink quality and presentation
• Prepare house-made syrups and other drink components
• Keep the coffee bar clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Welcome customers and provide warm, genuine service
• Work efficiently during busy periods
• Support opening, closing, and daily shop operations
• Collaborate with the team to continually improve our coffee program

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have previous barista or specialty coffee experience
• Understand—or are eager to develop—espresso dialing, milk-texturing, and pour-over skills
• Are curious about single-origin coffees, roasting, and different brewing methods
• Care deeply about quality, consistency, and attention to detail
• Are friendly, calm, and comfortable engaging with customers
• Are reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy learning and continually improving your craft
• Take pride in creating an inviting, positive customer experience

Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm for specialty coffee.
