We’re a fun, fast‑paced dental office looking for a friendly, motivated person to join our team in a dual Front Desk / Dental Assistant role!
No experience is needed, we will train you right on the spot and support you as you learn both the hands on and front desk aspect . If you already have experience, that’s great, but it’s not required.
We’re simply looking for someone reliable, fast‑paced, and confident in their ability to learn new skills quickly.
⋆ Dental Assistant Responsibilities (Training Provided)
- Assist the doctor during procedures
- Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Set up and break down rooms between patients
- Take digital X‑rays
- Help keep the clinical flow running smoothly
⋆ Front Desk Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Manage 6‑month recalls and follow‑ups
- Verify insurance benefits
- Take payments and explain treatment costs
- Keep the schedule organized and efficient
- Use Dentrix Ascend (experience is a plus, but not required)

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
