Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accounting Manager role located in Lannon, WI. Under the supervision of and reporting to the President, the Accounting Manager directs the financial and many administrative activities of the organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. The Accounting Manager will oversee financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing journal entries, and monitoring fixed assets. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and supporting strategic financial planning. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices is a key aspect of this position.
Education and/or Experience:
Requires education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year institution with a major in accounting, along with a minimum of six years of accounting experience; manufacturing industry experience preferred.
