In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth patient flow, providing exceptional patient care, and delivering top-notch customer service - all with professionalism and enthusiasm.
No prior medical experience? No problem! We are happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, triage, and room patients
- Assist in managing patient flow
- Record and update patient vitals in the EMR system
- Prepare, clean, and stock exam rooms
- Assist with surgical procedures
- Handle patient calls and follow-ups
- Obtain prior authorizations and referrals for medications, treatments, and procedures
- Process and track lab specimens and diagnostic tests
- Maintain proper sterilization of instruments and equipment
- Perform other duties as needed
What Were Looking For:
- Previous medical experience (preferred, but not required)
- Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records
- Strong communication skills
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Professional and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
