Member Enrollment Specialist — SignatureMD

Help people find the personalized healthcare experience they deserve. As the first point of contact for prospective members exploring SignatureMD's concierge physician network, you'll turn inquiries into relationships — and relationships into enrollments.
What you'll do
- Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice (and chat partner) for people exploring concierge medicine
- Explain the benefits of personalized care and guide members through enrollment
- Manage 30 calls a day, follow up promptly, and keep CRM records sharp
- Hit conversion and activity goals while delivering a five-star experience
- Handle enrollment data entry with accuracy and discretion
What you bring
- A background in sales, healthcare, customer success, or hospitality
- Natural relationship-building and consultative sales instincts
- Comfort working independently and hitting metrics in a fast-paced environment
- CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) a plus
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- Flexibility for shifts between 8am–8pm EST, Monday–Friday
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
