Job Title: Inventory & Receiving Coordinator
Location: Latrobe, PA
Schedule: 4 Day Work Week: Monday - Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30PM
Pay: $23.00
Job Summary Lang Specialty Trailers is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Receipt Coordinator to join our warehouse team. This is a crucial role responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of all incoming materials, equipment, and parts. You will ensure the integrity of our inventory by checking in shipments, maintaining an organized warehouse, and coordinating with our inventory/procurement team to resolve any discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload and process all incoming materials and parts delivered to the facility
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing lists
- Accurately process item receipts and file all related purchase orders and documentation according to established procedures
- Maintain the stocking and placement of parts using established systems and procedures
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled and shelved for easy access and organization
- Partner with procurement coordinators to ensure warehouse safety and labeling standards are consistently met
- Promptly identify and document any damages, defects, shortages, or overages and notify the procurement team
- Assist with cycle counts and periodic inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy as assigned by the Procurement Manager
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance inventory flow and vendor communication

Required Skills & Physical Demands
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in basic computer tasks, including filing digital documentation and processing receipts
- Ability to read and interpret purchase orders and packing lists with high accuracy
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and vendors
- Ability to stand and walk for a full shift in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Experience with inventory software or ERP systems is a plus
- Forklift experience or certification is highly valued
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse receiving, inventory control, or shipping/handling preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of reliability and commitment to accuracy
