We are seeking a driven, experienced Inside Sales Representative to actively grow our national customer base, manage pipelines, and represent American-made, custom-manufactured products.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting, including making daily cold calls to prospective clients and researching new leads using business directories, web searches, and digital resources.
- Qualify inbound leads originating from digital marketing campaigns, conferences, referrals, and trade shows.
- Create, maintain, and manage customer lists, channel partner pipelines, and active sales cycles within our CRM platform.
- Deeply understand client needs to present and deliver the right custom product solutions.
- Manage client relationships through the entire sales cycle—from initial outbound contact to the close—and handle routine client inquiries and follow-ups.
- Work closely with internal team members and the broader sales team to support the closing process and optimize performance.
- Track and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record in B2B sales (experience in inside sales, outbound prospecting, or account management preferred).
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Experience within the sanitation, construction or disaster relief industries is a strong plus, but not required.
