We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales professional to join our team in the Ceramic and Glass Manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while promoting our innovative products. You will work closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide effective solutions that meet their needs. Your keen understanding of the manufacturing sector, combined with your exceptional communication skills, will enable you to identify opportunities and convert leads into loyal customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients in the ceramic and glass manufacturing sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and industry trends.
  • Minimal travel to local customers and occasional trade shows.
  • Manage incoming sales inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales quotes to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand product specifications and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Desired Qualifications

  • Technical School Certificate in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Experience reading technical drawings
  • A "hunter"/self starter

Salary is starting at $45,000 per year, DOE
