What You’ll Own
- Lead the monthly close process and deliver timely, accurate financial reporting
- Own cash flow management, forecasting, and financial planning
- Prepare and lead weekly financial review meetings with leadership
- Manage and develop the Billing and Collections team
- Drive financial analysis and operational reporting that supports strategic decision-making
- Build scalable financial systems, SOPs, and reporting processes
- Maintain trust accounting integrity and compliance standards
- Partner closely with executive leadership on growth strategy and financial operations
What We’re Looking For
- 7 years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience
- Previous Controller or senior accounting leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CMA strongly preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable leading teams and developing talent
- Systems-oriented thinker who enjoys improving processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in legal industry accounting and trust accounting is strongly preferred
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
