As a Welder at EZG Manufacturing, you’ll play a key role in fabricating and assembling metal components for a variety of manufacturing projects. We're looking for detail-oriented, safety-minded individuals who are passionate about their craft and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding according to project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and welding processes.
- Fabricate and assemble metal parts with precision.
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards.
- Troubleshoot and adjust machines to maintain consistent production.
- Follow all safety and manufacturing protocols.
- Other duties or special projects as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of welding and fabrication experience (certification is a plus).
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with welding tools, materials, and safety procedures.
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to visualize and work with parts in different configurations.
