As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision components that meet strict tolerances. We’re seeking experienced machinists with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read technical blueprints in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

What You’ll Do: 

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and other CNC machinery.
• Perform regular machine shop duties.
• Operate a wide variety of machines and hand tools to perform duties as assigned.
• Participate in corrective actions to prevent defects, downtime, and production stops.
• Analyze and diagnose machining and tooling problems.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
• Detect tool wear and set up new tools.
• Conduct quality checks on machined components.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.
• Other duties or special projects as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of CNC machining experience (Lathe experience preferred)
• Proficiency in CNC machinery and operation.
• Positive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to operate under own initiative.
• Flexible approach to work and the ability to quickly adapt to change.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints/specifications.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining principles.
• Written and Verbal Communication.
• Strong Computer and Mathematical skills
