House Manager / Personal Assistant / Nanny

A warm, welcoming family on the Upper East Side is seeking a highly organized, proactive House Manager / Personal Assistant / Nanny to become a trusted long-term partner in helping keep their busy household running smoothly.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys creating order, anticipating needs, and supporting an active family with three wonderful school-aged children. The role is focused on household management, family logistics, meal preparation, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly, while also providing after-school support and engaging with the children.
The family is looking for someone who is calm, adaptable, service-oriented, and interested in becoming a long-term member of their team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the family's shared calendar, schedules, and daily logistics
- Coordinate children's activities, appointments, school communications, and registrations
- Transport children to and from school and extracurricular activities (must be a confident driver)
- Help oversee afternoon routines, homework, and after-school activities
- Plan and prepare healthy dinners for the family
- Keep the household organized and proactively manage day-to-day operations
- Handle errands, returns, shopping, gift purchasing, and household projects
- Pack and prepare for family travel, including seasonal clothing and trip logistics
- Coordinate medical forms, camp and school paperwork, and other family administrative needs
- Continuously identify ways to improve household organization and systems while working closely with the parents

Schedule & Details
- Monday–Friday, approximately 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Upper East Side, Manhattan
- July & August spent in the Hamptons (live-in Monday–Thursday)
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
