Job Duties:
- Responsible for day-to-day operation of maintenance and repairs in shop.
- Maintenance/Repair of company small engine equipment including commercial mowers, chainsaws, blowers, trimmers, etc.
- Maintenance/Repair of small equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, electric & hydraulic sanders, etc
- Perform Preventative Maintenance on all company vehicles; body work and painting as needed
- Perform Preventative Maintenance on specialized equipment such as mini excavators, track machines, Ditchwitch SK900, hydro-seeders, Sanders, Fisher Snow Plows, etc
- Loading/Receiving materials; track inventory
- Deliveries to client sites as needed
- Minimum of 5 years experience working on gasoline and diesel engines; small engine repairs
- Certifications from STIHL, Kohler, Wright Stander and B&S are a plus
- Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical and hydraulic problems
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with others
- Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and to be on your feet for 8 hours per day
- Valid Driver's License; CDL a plus
- MA Hoisting License preferred
- Computer and technology skills a plus
