We are a small, veteran‑owned FedEx subcontractor operating across NH, ME, and MA, and we’re looking for a part‑time Diesel Fleet Mechanic to help maintain our fleet of owned and leased vehicles. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment safe, reliable, and compliant — and who can work independently with minimal direction.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and light repairs on diesel trucks and fleet vehicles
- Move vehicles to and from local dealerships, repair shops, and service centers
- Assist with inspections, diagnostics, and general fleet upkeep
- Help ensure all equipment remains safe, compliant, and road‑ready
- Occasionally travel within the Northeast region (always home nightly)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong diesel maintenance experience and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time
- Organized, reliable, and safety‑focused
- Basic personal tools required
- Clean driving record; CDL helpful but not required
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable representing our company at dealerships and service partners
