Collier Companies is a full-service landscaping and irrigation company that has proudly served Central Virginia for more than 30 years. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Commercial Service Coordinator to join our dynamic and dedicated team.

While prior construction scheduling experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with strong administrative backgrounds who are motivated to learn—we’re happy to provide training for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
· Schedule appointments and monthly inspections and communicate with property managers
· Type up repair quotes and email for approval
· Invoicing for completed work in Commercial Department
· Annual Contract renewals and procurement
· Answer phones and help with residential scheduling as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma required; college degree preferred
· Previous scheduling experience preferred
· Experience with Aspire software a plus
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
