Landscapes Unlimited, LLC is seeking a Project Administrator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for providing project management and administrative support to our field teams across the country.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in project startup meetings and contribute to the development of project execution plans.
Identify and secure required bonds and insurance certificates.
Generate and submit contracts, subcontracts, project summary forms, payment applications, purchase orders, change orders, submittals, and close-out documents.
Assist with project tracking and job cost coding under the direction of the Project Manager.
Monitor job costs and billing totals, notifying leadership of potential under-billing issues.
Work directly with subcontractors and vendors to resolve contract, billing, or payment concerns.
Prepare and/or assist with permits, correspondence, budget tracking, lien waivers, and pre-lien notices.
Maintain project submittal logs and ensure timely review to meet project milestones.
Assist with project staffing needs, collaborating with the Recruiting Coordinator and Vice President of Construction.
Coordinate short- and long-term project housing logistics, including leases, deposits, furnishings, and utilities.
Identify and remove barriers to successful project completion, proactively anticipating needs.
Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other Project Administrators to enhance processes and share best practices.
Qualifications
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and job cost systems (such as Timberline/Sage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

Education and Experience
Associate degree (A.A.S.) in Office Administration, Business, or a related field;
or equivalent combination of three years of experience and/or training.
