Our locations are located in : Seneca, Pendleton, Greenville, Anderson, Easley, Simpsonville, and Greer SC. We also have added a new location in Augusta GA.
We are looking for motivated Technician in our Seneca, SC location that has experience with Small engines repairs truly having a passion for our Customers.

The 2‑Cycle Small Engine Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining 2‑cycle engine equipment to manufacturer and company standards. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality repairs, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and providing professional service that results in a positive customer experience.
Typical equipment serviced includes (but is not limited to) chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, cut‑off saws, and other handheld 2‑cycle outdoor power equipment.Key Responsibilities
Technical & Service Duties
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain 2‑cycle small engines and related components.
- Perform engine rebuilds, carburetor service, fuel system repairs, ignition diagnostics, and general mechanical troubleshooting.
- Accurately diagnose issues and complete repairs within established time standards.
- Test equipment after repair to ensure proper operation and quality workmanship.
- Follow OEM service procedures and warranty guidelines.
- Clearly explain (when requested) the diagnosis and repair performed in a professional and customer‑friendly manner.
- Work collaboratively with Service Director, service writer, coordinators, and fellow technicians to meet shop goals.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a strong team environment.
- Observe all safety and security procedures.
- Report unsafe conditions and use equipment and materials properly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service bay and common shop areas.
- Properly dispose of oils, fuels, and other hazardous materials per safety standards.
- Stay current with product updates, service bulletins, and technical training when available.
- Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Seek opportunities to improve efficiency and workmanship.
Required
- Proven experience repairing 2‑cycle small engines.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret service manuals and technical diagrams.
- Basic computer skills for work orders and service documentation.
- 1–3 years of small engine or outdoor power equipment repair experience.
- Manufacturer certifications (STIHL, Echo, Husqvarna, etc.) a plus.
- Experience in a retail or dealership service environment.
- Ability to lift and handle loads up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Service shop.
- Exposure to mechanical parts, noise, fuel, and lubricants.
- Fast‑paced, team‑oriented service department.
