- Building and sustaining a performance-driven, safety-first culture
- Modeling and reinforcing company values with all team members
- Overseeing production schedules, resource planning, and quality control across multiple projects
- Achieving or exceeding budgeted financial goals by managing expenses, labor, and revenue growth
- Partnering with the Business Development Manager to drive new sales opportunities and revenue streams
- Ensuring delivery of exceptional service to achieve 90% customer retention
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring Account Managers, Field Managers, and crews
Requirements:
