Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance, including lawn care, gardening, pruning, and planting activities
• Oversee landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards
• Lead and motivate a team of crew members, providing clear instructions and ongoing training in horticulture practices and safety procedures
• Manage irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure efficient water use
• Conduct tree care operations such as pruning, trimming, and health assessments to promote healthy growth
• Perform routine landscape inspections to identify maintenance needs or potential hazards
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping construction, or horticulture with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, gardening practices, tree care, irrigation systems, and general landscape maintenance
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment
• Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects such as patios, walkways, or retaining walls
• Excellent understanding of safety standards and procedures relevant to landscaping operations
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $31.00 per hour
