We are looking to hire a knowledgeable and dependable team member to support our landscape materials and construction operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands landscaping products, customer service, order coordination, and yard or delivery operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide product knowledge on landscape and construction materials including gravel, decorative sand, decorative stone, mulch, and recycled materials
- Help customers choose the right materials for residential and commercial property projects
- Calculate material amounts, measurements, and basic formulas for orders and project needs
- Support the sale and distribution of landscape materials
- Coordinate logistics and dispatching for deliveries and customer orders
- Schedule deliveries and help ensure materials are loaded, routed, and delivered on time
- Communicate with drivers, yard staff, and customers regarding delivery schedules, changes, and job site needs
- Maintain knowledge of pricing, inventory, and product availability
- Keep orders accurate, organized, and completed in a timely manner
- Support recycling and material handling operations as needed
- 6 days a week required in season (April - November)
Qualifications
- Knowledge of landscape materials, construction products, or property maintenance supplies
- Experience in logistics, dispatching, delivery coordination, or customer service
- Ability to calculate measurements, quantities, and basic formulas
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
