Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew responsible for mowing, trimming, gardening, and general landscape maintenance tasks
- Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects
- Ensure all landscape activities adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards
- Perform quality checks on completed work to maintain high service standards
- Assist with equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to maximize efficiency
- Support team members with technical guidance on landscaping techniques including irrigation, tree care, and horticulture practices
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address needs or concerns promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and lawn care with a focus on mowing operations
