Work Location: In person
Duties
- Operate hand tools and power equipment such as trimmers, blowers, mowers, and edgers to maintain lawns and landscaped areas
- Assist with planting, pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, and performing tree care to promote healthy growth
- Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes
- Conduct lawn care activities including mowing, edging, fertilizing, to keep outdoor spaces vibrant
- Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance
- Qualifications
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment
- Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery under guidance
- Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques is a plus
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year
- Prior experience in construction or tree trimming is advantageous but not required
