Landscaping Crew Member

Advanced Outdoor Living is looking for a dependable Landscaping Crew Member to join our team. We want someone who works well with others, shows up ready to help, and takes pride in being a strong part of the crew.
Responsibilities
- Assist the crew with landscape installation projects
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Help with planting, Hardscaping, sod, grading, drainage, and general labor
- Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely
- Support crew members to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional
- Follow crew leader instructions and company safety standards
Requirements
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work well with others and contribute to the crew
- Willingness to learn, help out, and do what’s needed
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor
- Landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but not required
