Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, and gardening to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment including excavators and other machinery safely and efficiently
- Support installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction elements
- Perform tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth
- Maintain irrigation systems by installing, repairing, or adjusting sprinklers to ensure optimal watering schedules
- Support general site cleanup and maintenance to uphold safety standards and project quality
Requirements
- Basic mechanical knowledge with familiarity in using hand tools and power tools for landscaping tasks
- Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or commercial lawn mowers is a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care techniques is advantageous
- Strong work ethic with physical stamina for outdoor labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while working independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred for operating equipment or transporting materials
