Landscape Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and horticulture. This role involves various tasks related to landscaping, lawn care, and general maintenance of outdoor spaces. The Landscape Laborer will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality results in all landscaping projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Conduct tree care activities such as tree trimming and removal as needed.
• Participate in hardscape installations including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscaping or landscape maintenance is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge related to the operation of landscaping equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with horticulture principles and practices is beneficial.
• Experience with gardening techniques and plant care is desirable.

Base Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour
