We're currently on the lookout for a multi-skilled and talented Creative Marketing and Product Design Assistant to join our team in our Port Jefferson office. This person will help in developing and implementing the Lands Downunder marketing strategy for our home and fashion divisions as well as assist with product development Job responsibilities will include:
Job Description:
-Assist in designing and managing graphic content for our company website, social media campaigns, print catalogs, and all future marketing materials.
-Provide support with writing creative brand copy as needed, including website, email, social media, and other marketing materials.
-Designing and managing detailed email campaigns for both wholesale and retail lists.
-Manage relationships with freelance partners, including but not limited to creative agencies, copywriters, graphic designers and photographers.
-Plan and execute corporate photoshoots for home and fashion.
-Review all graphic content associated with our brand to ensure consistency across all channels.
-Help create lifestyle content for social media accounts.
-Maintain corporate style guide, as well as style guides for the company.
-Research and stay up to date on consumer trends in the home textile industry.
-Ability to handle a high-volume environment with rapid turnaround times and manage multiple tasks and project details.
-Additional responsibilities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field.
-Minimum of 2 years brand marketing experience required.
-Proficient with graphic design software and tools (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator).
-Proficiency with social media.
-Excellent writing, editing (images/video/text), presentation and communication skills, including ability to think on one's feet and respond in clear, credible and concise terms.
-Basic knowledge of and ability to apply good photographic techniques.
-Ability to interact professionally with staff and customers.
-Dynamic personality, reliable, punctual, thorough and friendly.

Salary : $58,000 - $75,000
